    •    For releases from our in-house labels (and where explicitly stated), you’ll receive a download code by email once the item is officially released.

Vinyl Disclaimer
We’re unable to replace vinyl for the following reasons, as pressing plants do not consider these valid grounds for complaint:  
    •    Radial run-out that doesn’t noticeably impact playability or sound quality.  
    •    Lateral run-out that doesn’t clearly affect playability or sound quality.  
    •    Minor crackling (particularly common with colored vinyl).  
    •    Slight bumps on corners or minor creases on the cover.  
    •    Seam splits on the inner sleeve.  
    •    Damage to the outer protective sleeve.  
    •    Actual vinyl colors may vary from preview images, especially with multicolored pressings. Color differences are not grounds for replacement.

Shipping Information
    •    Pre-orders: We aim to ship pre-orders a few days before the official release date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially for international orders.  
    •    In-stock items: Available items are typically shipped within 1–2 days of receiving your payment.  
    •    Mixed orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once the pre-order items are available.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse (kdg medialog GmbH for European orders, or eFulfillment for US shop orders) once your package is on its way. For tracked shipments, this email will include a tracking link. Note that some shipping options do not include tracking.

Damaged Items
    •    If an item arrives damaged, please provide us with:  
    ◦    Your order number.  
    ◦    Photos of the damaged packaging and items (and/or a short video if the vinyl skips or is severely warped).
    ◦    
Signed Items
    •    We’re unable to arrange custom signatures from our artists. However, we occasionally offer special editions with pre-signed items.
    •    
Shipping Origin
    •    Main Warehouse: Our primary shipping hubs are in Austria and in Michigan, US.
    •    Print-on-Demand: These items may ship from various countries depending on the product and your location.
