Welcome to the SPKR FAQ. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about digital downloads, vinyl orders, shipping, and more. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact our support team.

Digital Versions & Bandcamp Downloads

For releases from our in-house labels (and any items where it's explicitly stated), you'll receive a download code via email shortly after the official release date. This gives you instant access to the digital version on Bandcamp.

Vinyl Pressing Disclaimer

Vinyl records are physical products made with analog processes, so minor imperfections can occur. Pressing plants do not accept returns or replacements for the following (as they do not affect playability or sound quality):

  • Radial or lateral run-out that doesn't noticeably impact playback
  • Minor crackling or surface noise (especially common with colored vinyl)
  • Slight bumps on corners or minor creases on the outer cover
  • Seam splits on the inner sleeve
  • Damage to the outer protective sleeve
  • Variations in vinyl color (particularly with multicolored or splatter pressings) compared to preview images

We only handle replacements for genuine defects that affect playability.

Shipping Information

  • Pre-orders: We aim to ship pre-order items a few days before the official release date. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially for international shipments.
  • In-stock items: These are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after your payment is received.
  • Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order items): The entire order ships together once all items are ready.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse (kdg medialog GmbH for European orders or eFulfillment for US orders) with a tracking link where tracking is available. Some shipping methods do not include tracking.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
  • A short video (if the vinyl skips or is severely warped)

We'll review your case promptly and arrange a solution.

Signed Items

We cannot arrange custom signatures from artists on request. However, we sometimes offer special or limited editions that include pre-signed items.

Shipping Origin

  • Main warehouses: Most orders ship from our hubs in Austria (Europe) or Michigan, USA.
  • Print-on-Demand items: These may ship from different locations worldwide, depending on the product and your shipping address.
